Samsung UN55C6500 LED LCD TV review

The Samsung UN55C6500 LED replaced a 46-inch Samsung LCD that I’ve loved for 3 years, but after having seen the new Samsung LED models at the store and at my uncles I wanted to upgrade. Took a while to figure out and compare the various 2010 Samsung lines, but ultimately decided upon the Samsung C6500 LED series due to its price, solid picture performance and lack of need of some of the fancy features on the more expensive C7000, C8000 and C9000 models.

There are tons of feature upgrades on the Samsung UN55C6500 LED LCD TV over the 2007 Samsung LCD, but really the most important thing for anyone on a television is picture quality and response, and I must say that the 55-inch Samsung 55C6500 LED is absolutely mind-blowing in that department. Contrast, blacks, whites and overall image response is an astronomical upgrade over the LCD televisions I have seen and owned. LED backlights are truly superior in every way and no wonder the Samsung UNC6500 sits atop the best selling models at various stores due to its picture / price….

If you are looking for a television that is large and offers amazing images, the 55-inch Samsung UN55C6500 LED LCD is definitely up top there… I researched tons of similarly priced units, saw many in action and read tons and tons of Samsung UN55C6500 reviews before I knew that this was the best bang for the buck… Get it and you won’t be disappointed.

Samsung UN55C8000 LED LCD TV review

Recently received the Samsung UN55C8000 3D LED TV (online ordering and delivery was way better than expected on a big item like this) and am really impressed with everything this high end LED with precision dimming offers.

I have always been under impression that Sony was the way to go in regards to televisions, but after reading many Samsung UN55C8000 articles and reviews I was intriqued with how Samsung and particularly Samsung LED LCD models had become the most popular and highly reviewed models.

The picture quality and 240Hz on Samsung’s 55C8000 3D TV are top notch and the UNC8000 LED’s precission dimming gives an enormous and easy to spot increase in overall picture quality and performance comparing the UN-C8000 3D LED versus the UNC7000 and UNC6500’s edge-lighting without this.

There are tons of bells and whistles we haven’t been able to even scratch the surace of it all. InternetTV is fantastic and adds alot to your day to day television viewing if your interested in keeping track of a bunch of stuff like us, while SamsungApps looks like it will become a really powerful feature for us in the future once we stop just watching blu-ray, HD sports and 3D content to play with it all.

Totally happy with this purchase and am pleased to recommend the Samsung C8000 3D LED series and give it a score of 9/10 on this quick Samsung 55C8000 review (only reason being that the Samsung C8000 LEDS are quite expensive still) which we will have to expand upon after diving deeper into all the extras and features we havent explored quite yet.
